B for Barefoot Book - Bear on the Bike - #atozchallenge

B is for Books B is for Barefoot Books and B is for  Bear on the Bike. The lovely book - Bear On a Bike by Stella Blackstone. The 'Bear' series like Llama Llama has a lot of books, but this has to be my favorite. The book is wonderful when it comes to description, rhyme and illustrations. It is a perfect book to introduce your child to different mode of transportation.

When I read to Z, she actually loves exploring the world around on different modes of vehicle. From a bike to a train, from a boat to a train... and in the end you go on a special night journey. Z and mom enjoy the book a lot, we have been reading it for the past one year. It is a perfect read - aloud as well. We love the pictures, they rhyming words and the adventure.

  1. ahh we love the Bear Books (did you know that Stella Blackstone is a pseudonym, and the author's daughter is also called Zoe? And the footprints in the Barefoot logo belong to the now-grown-up Zoe?). I'm a Barefoot Books Ambassador and fellow AtoZ Challenge participant :-)

  2. This looks like a very delightful children's story. And the pictures are fantastic! The whole series sounds like a lot of fun, one you would want to share with your child over and over again, hoping he kept it nice to hand down for generations.
