U is for Ulat Pulat (Topsy Turvy) - Wacky Wednesday - #atozchallenge

I read Topsy Turvy by Pratham Books to Z the other day, it is called 'Ulat-Palat' in Hindi. From the first page I couldn't help but notice, its similarity with one of Z's favorite by Seuss Wacky Wednesday. Z loves Wacky Wednesday, but she didn't like Topsy Turvy a lot (though she loves Pratham Books). Go to the link above and you can read Topsy Turvy... do you also see the similarity?
