This was the first book of Leslie Patricelli that Z was introduced to. She still loves it and has read it so many times by now that she doesn't need me besides her to read the book. Yummy Yucky also introduces kids to the concept of eating right and what should not be eaten.
We have this whole series at our school. The kids love it, I love it, everyone is happy. Read it in the right voice with the right pauses and you've got a room of three year olds losing their minds in laughter.
